seriously, though, i get that kai leng is supposed to be this ~feared assassin~ who ~kills things~ with his ~katana~
and ~eats cereal~but all i see is someone who’s trying way too hard to be edgy and cool (seriously bro, that ponytail), and all you know about him if you haven’t read the novels is that he’s supposedly super dangerous, but if you play your cards right he doesn’t even kill anybody he’s assigned to kill except for one guy whom he wasn’t assigned to kill anyway. i mean seriously, kai leng, what are you even doingso i actually find him kind of endearing in a “you’re so stupid” kind of way. obviously this didn’t prevent me from shanking him first chance i got, because nobody messes with my crew and gets away with it, but, you know.
kai leng, man.
ahaha Kai Leng is Singaporean. Or Malaysian. Or Singlish/Manglish has spread to all chinese by the 22nd century. Either way, this is excellent.
